  Great steakhouse restaurant in Fort st. John. We were in town for weeks and ate here every other night. Good menu selection, good food size portions, good prices and great friendly staff. Thanks for making our work stay a little bit more enjoyable.

  The cooks have to learn what well done means. There isn't supposed to be pink or blood running out of it. My son sent his back to be cooked more and still came back medium. My steak was supposed to be a 10 oz steak and they made a mistake and cooked me a 6 oz steak. It was cooked perfectly well done and they also cooked me the proper 10 oz one and let me have the 6oz one at no charge. The girls working there were excellent. I got my 10 oz steak boxed to take home. I checked it before leaving and I would say that it was less than medium done. We ended up taking both mine and my son's home to finish cooking them tomorrow ourselves. It was fairly busy and there were 5 kids and 7 adults at our table and no other issues with the food. What everybody had was excellent. I will definitely go back there the next time that I am in Fort St John.

  Never saw the waitress again. Paid the bill at the front, didn't drink the water with a splash of bourbon and left. I will find a new spot for when I am in town. Any suggestions?

  Super tasty food and they didn't even get mad at my snow pants and snowboard boots, did give me weird looks though

  Ordered Lobster dip and Old Fashioned. Drink was one ounce and then filled with water, not 2 ounces and a splash of water as advertised. Dip bowl was less then half. Asked the waitress if this was how much is usually served. When she looked at the bowl you could tell it was wrong by her reaction but she decided to plow through and lie, saying it was the right amount. (I ordered the same thing last time I was in town and it was full)

  Avoid the calamari, if looks like low tide. They have the audacity to serve deep fried"vegetables" with their calamari. The dish that was served to us had deep fried lemons as "garnish", deep fried green beans and deep fried sweet potatoes. Very little calamari though.. This had to be the most transparent way to try and save money on actually serving calamari. Other dishes are satisfactory and service is quick. Steak is great as expected. I enjoyed the Chinatown stir fry.
