    I went to Starbucks drive thru at around 10am and sat there for 10min without moving so I left and came back an hour later and went inside to get some food. Later that day I went back to the drive thru and sat there for 25min without moving, got to the order screen and got told I'll be helped right away just for another 10 minutes to go by with no service . I took off furious. I sent my boyfriend back later that evening to try again and same thing . It is absolutely pathetic service . It's a drive thru NOT a sit and wait for 30min kinda thing ...

    Place is usually dirty and if you go in your waiting at least 10 minutes to get your coffee even if your the only one there.

    Edit: it's now been 20 minutes. Still not through. There were only 3 vehicles ahead of me when I ordered.

    The drive through really sucks. It took half an hour to get to the window and then more time waiting for the drink.

    I don't think anyone should try 3 -4 times a day to get something from there and not get what they want once !!!

    By far the slowest Starbucks drive through I have ever been in. Get used to seeing this.
