  This clinic provided excellent service and went above and beyond for me. I got great one on one care and exercises to do at home as well. The physios were professional and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic!!

  IF YOU WANT CREDIT COLLECTORS CALLING YOU WHEN YOU THINK MEDICAL SERVICES & YOUR EXTENDED HEALTH BENEFITS COVER YOUR VISITS - think again! BEWARE - This company has never even sent a bill to me at my home address neither did the receptionist advise me of any payment owed as I had extended health benefit coverage and MEDICAL SERVICES. Instead they sent my one visit, to a collection company in Vancouver to collect the payment they should have advised me I owed. Talk about shoddy customer communication. I provided all my health care information, my address never changed and they had all my third party information regarding extended benefit payment and they did not contact me once but sent the collection of my visit to a collection company that calls me day and night, texts me and emails even though I have paid FT. St. John Physiotherapy. $40.00 now for what I still do not know and they have NET CREDIT and METRO credit calling me 24/7. I have not moved in 4 years, I still have the same address and I have EXTENDED MEDICAL BENEFITS at the time I went to this PHYSIO THERAPY place.The receptionist never once mentioned a fee, over and above the annual visits, the clinic never sent an invoice. BEWARE! Contact the College of Physiotherapists and advise them of the treatment you received.

  Just want to thank you fort St. John physiotherapy clinic! Every step of the way for my recovery was amazing. I felt very comfortable and welcomed at this clinic. Will be recommending 100% to everyone I know !
