  Great, attentive service! We had our Staff Christmas Party here for the second year in a row and they accommodated us very well. The food was good, hot and kept full. Our server kept our drinks full and cleared our dishes away quickly.

  The food wasn't bad but it took some convincing to actually get the order. We ordered take out on a Sunday evening and went to go pick it up. When we arrived back at the hotel my order wasn't in the bag. We called them back and they said they would refund us, we asked if they would just make the food and they said no at first but eventually agreed to make it anyways. They also said it could not be delivered and we would have to drive back and pick it up. Upon arrival we asked if there was any kind of discount they could give us like any normal restaurant does when they mess up the order but the server didn't want to budge, not even an apology. One of the weirdest experiences with take out in my life.

  Sweet and sour pork is exact same as dry garlic pork except they put sauce on it.. so disappointed.

  Picked up food and when we got home there was an order missing, so we called and because it was close to closing they first refused to make it even though we already paid for it, then when they finally agreed to make what we paid for they wouldn't deliver it so we had to drive back. Staff was incredibly rude. I asked if there was something we could get for our next visit such as a 10% off voucher of something simple and the response was "No, you got what you ordered." in an incredibly rude tone. I get mistakes happen but it was the horrible customer service and rude staff which made it worse, not even a simple apology for us having to drive back a second time. Would not recommend! Go anywhere else!
