  Had my car delivered to the service department at 4pm on a Friday afternoon with an expired starter motor, in the middle of a drive from the Yukon to Kamloops. Interested and active staff, no messing about, able to get it replaced by the next morning, timetable maintained and therefore happy me. You'll pay main dealer rates, of course...but they have their time and place, 4pm on a Friday afternoon mid-trip being one of them.

  I didn't use any of my free oil changes but thanks to Chris at gm they still hooked me up after they were expired. Service at its finest.

  DO NOT buy tires here. Even Canadian honors their warranty. And don't bother with the road hazard FEE just go to your local reputable tire shop and get your flat fixed. Apparently if winter tires are sold the previous year then a prorate is applied to a new tire purchase, if all you need is a flat repair. This whole run around will take about 2 weeks. No thank you.
