  Minuses: If you need to return something for very legitimate reasons, you will have a lot of hassle from whomever is in charge. It is difficult reasoning with some of their on-duty managers when these people do not understand the terms and conditions of sales and when they have no understanding of fairness and good business theories.

  Shopping here makes you feel happy. You can find food products from different countries.

  As for No Frills, it really has the best sales come flyer time and has a pleasant shopping experience when looking and shopping for items.

  First off, the Parking lot is ridiculous, it is sloped and when using the trolley, it is very difficult pushing the cart uphill when you have groceries filling the cart. Plus, the owner of this lot (which is not Amanda’s No Frills) does very little maintenance and there is always too much snow, ice and pot holes. There are 4 disabled parking spots but again, the owner of the lot does not display proper signage for two of these spots and consequently there are always non-placarded vehicles that are not disabled who consistently park in these 2 spots.

  Excellent prices. 1star deduction for sometimes lacking cashiers for busy times. Excellent and helpful staff.

  It's a no frills. Just like other no frills but this one is apparently owned by Amanda. Good place to go get cheap packaged food and bottled water for work.

  Minuses: watch date codes as I have seen several expired items. Further, you may not be able to purchase items that you have historically purchased here as stock does not get re-ordered many times. There is too much world-wide ethnic food choices which has made my cultural choices disappear and that disappoints me, so I need to shop more at Safeway or Save-On.

  One of the major reasons for shopping here is their Pharmacy. I get all my prescriptions here because Gordon Lee is an excellent Manager for this department, plus he is the most pleasant and professional person working.
