    After a previous bad experience the hair bin owner Lorainne phoned me last week, and offered to have one of the other hairdressers redo my colour and haircut, free of charge. The hairdresser name is Michelle. Michelle did an fantastic job, she coloured my hair, and cut my hair exactly like I wanted it. Michelle was super friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my hair turns out the way I want it. I just want to give Michelle and Lorainne a heartfelt thank you, I really appreciate it! I love my new hair! You are awesome Michelle, I will definitely come to visit you again at the hairbin
