  It is one thing for it to happen and another thing to be put aside and dismissed by the owner.. irresponsible for their own dog... just want your money.

  As to the owner.... I believe life looks after miserable greedy people who are inconsiderate to others.. and your day will come... and when it does.. think of me petrified shaking in your parking lot and the 800 dollars worth of damage and scratches done to my car... yes think of that .. may you never prosper.

  I went to this store last week not knowing they were closed... I left my 4 pound yorkie in the car with the air conditioner on... and proceeded to walk to the store . When suddenly this huge dog came out of no where jumped on my car and savagely barked and barked ... I sung out help several times to no avail. I yelled and yelled at the dog to get down ... finally he got down and with legs shaking I crept around the back of the car and got in through the door! The dog again jumped on my car and scratched and scratched...and barked and barked... I actually had to drive away with him still coming at me... probably one of the scariest days of my life. I called and called the store and there was no answer ... turns out they were closed.

  The next day I finally got a hold of the owner to see how she was going to fix my vehicle... she's not! She said the dog is a guard dog and knows which days the store is open and I shouldn't have been there! She also said the dog lives there and is there all the time.! She also said not to bring my dog because he only does that when he sees a dog... folks he didn't see my dog. He's between 4 -5 pounds and can't even see out the windows.

  Good selection, fair prices, and great, knowledgeable and helpful owner and staff. Plus their sweet gaurd dog Mistie always quietly and calmly greets us and our family dog when we pull in with standing silently by my car door waiting for us to pet and greet her, she is always sniffing and is patient while our dog jumps up to give mistie dog lick kisses on her snout lol - she is a pleasure to be around and likes to play with our long haired pug as they run around frolicking in the yard while we shop- it's really amusing to watch from the store window LOL except for when it's time to go home and our dog wants to stay and play longer, but admittedly Mistie is familiar and used to our family and dog because we are regulars and never illegally leave our dog in our vehicle. The Fort St John location store also offers sewing machine repairs and I like the ample free parking.

  I told her I would get three quotes and she could decide.. today I checked three places and I can't even get the work done for six weeks! I'm only passing through here! So that won't work. Small claims court it will be.

  Anyways I'm left with getting my car painted for the sake of a spool of thread.. think twice before you go here! Heed caution because he comes out of no where.. and absolutely do not bring children or pets...
