    Fast friction less transactions. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable, Chris one of there agents is world class!! greets you by name and makes you feel like family but there all great. Every one hates dealing with icbc but Arrow makes it a little less painful

    Been a client for home and auto insurance for many years. Going anywhere else in FSJ is a mistake. I can't say enough about the helpful staff and quality of service. Highly recommend them!
