  I was on a short term project in FSJ and rented an apartment with Sterling Management. Not only were their prices more reasonable than other companies but they service was also great. Staff was always friendly, accommodating and fair. I was moving back to Calgary and was skeptical about getting my security deposit and part of my rent back, I was very happy to receive all closing documents and my cheque in the mail.

  Two units had floods, and Sterling was on it and corrected before I was even aware. They managed the fixes in an extremely efficient and cost-effective manner. This was very helpful in dealing with the insurance companies.

  Sterling Management was very professional, responsive, and efficient. They found us a beautiful house in a charming neighborhood, that we can afford. They made the process easy.   I rented from this company for 5 months without issues. Until we had a large rainfall and water came into the unit. They didn’t get around to dealing with it for days. It started to get moldy so I left and found a new place for me and my girlfriend to live that was clean. They came after me for 3 months rent because I didn’t give them proper notice. I gave them 30 days. I paid instead of going to Court because I didn’t want to deal With this company any more. They have zero morals and they could care less about you or your families wellbeing.
