  I will boycott this mall and shop elsewhere like in Dawson Creek or cross border shop in Grande Prairie! I just had an experience with the mall manager (Rob) that proves he is very rude and has no people skills. I will not support this mall knowing I am contributing to this guy's paycheck! Poor management with rudeness is one of the reasons this mall has poor sales and people do not want to go there to shop. Shop elsewhere and save money as well as the prices are quite high too! I have very little to say that is good due to my awful experince with the mall management! Shop elsewhere and enjoy the experience and be happy!

  Horrible visit with Santa. Wasn't getting pic because we never received ours last year. Staff ignored us at that point...too busy eating at front desk. I got in heck when I pulled out my phone. Kids went in to say hi and that was it...no sitting on knee...guessing due to no pic. And $20 for Santa photo. Nothing good to say....except santa did walk out when we first got there to give a candy cane

  Love the stores and the customer service.. the building itself has been the same for ever and a day though and would be nice to see some kind of renovation.. also the hours r ridiculous.. but I guess it makes sense for a small town.. slowly the area around it is growing and making everything you need more accessible
