    Employees are rude. Cashier wouldn't ring my items through because I wasn't "next in line" even though I had just walked up to her. Forced me to go to the other till with a large amount of people already there and allowed other shoppers to just walk up and she rang them through. I would rate this store 0 if I could just horrible products and horrible staff.

    Pretty good selection for dollar store, but not great that they do not except returns or exchanges for any product that happens to be a dud/lemon/faulty item. Plus if you need help with something sometimes you get a staff member that's nice and helpful and sometimes you get the more they're rude and not helpful, So for customer service it's kind of a tossup.

    First time in store and will not return...manager is rude with staff...no one smiles...staff not very helpful and lots of gaps in store for products....sad as not like other dollarama stores
